Subby served faithfully as the office manager of Century 21 Eddy for over 20 years and was a figurehead of our office. He developed a chronic cough and was diagnosed to have lung cancer. He continued to work at the office faithfully between his doctor visits and treatment, spent several stays in the hospital and quietly passed with his loved ones by his side Tuesday morning August 12th, 2008. Hired in 1988 by owner/broker Frank V. Eddy, Subby brought an optimistic exuberance to the daily work routine. We are grateful for the knowledge and experience he shared with us his fellow agents. Always optimistic, always a smile on his face, dedicated to his office and his Century 21 brand, Sebastian "SUBBY" Scata will be long remain in the hearts and minds of many in Newington and through out Greater Hartford. Subby will be sorely missed. |
